The Technology Council at Forbes recently turned to top CIOs, CTOs and other executives for their best insights on what all industries could learn from the success of Big Tech. With is vast experience and expertise, it should come as no surprise they turned to Phil Alberta, CIO at IPM, for his thoughts.

Among advice surrounding process improvement, employee satisfaction, and the usefulness of failure, Alberta offered these thoughts around customer satisfaction:

“Big Tech is laser-focused on satisfying customer needs. They outsource anything tech-related that takes away from that mission. They market in the end customer’s language and build products with the ability to constantly update products…”
