The Technology

Metalog is a complete end-to-end auditing of Web Interface and Presentation Server activity.

Latency Monitor / LatencyES
tracks ICA session latency across your entire Presentation Server farm (Note: Web Interface is NOT needed for the IPM Latency Monitor)

Self-Service Password Reset
provides the ability for users to establish a security profile – to allow them to reset their password in the event the password is forgotten or the account is locked out.

Help Desk Information Panel
provides the Help Desk with detailed information about a user's environment(IP/ICA info, AD info, Browser/OS Info).

Enhanced SecureID Intigration
splits SecurID PIN and Token code, and can suppress RSA SecurID authentication for internal users.

Enhanced Client Detection enables more detailed control over the distribution of updated ICA clients to your users.

PrinterNet allows traveling employees to easily find, and map to, printers with the needed feature set(s) (e.g. double-sided printing, color, etc) on the network.
