The Service Transition Engineer (STE) is responsible configuring and delivering Managed Services, Platform-as-a-Service and Automation-as-a-Service to clients. By working closely with Solution Architects and the sales team, the STE will apply technical acumen, relationship development and consulting skills to transition clients onto an integrated service management platform.
The Solution Architect is responsible for the translation of business and technical requirements into solution designs that incorporate professional, managed & cloud services. By working as the technical leader of the ISM team and providing foundational IP networking expertise, the Solution Architect will support business development through solution designs and managing assessment engagements. All solutions require attention to governance, compliance and risk (GCR) as these remain a driving force behind security oriented investment and improvement.
The ISM Practice delivers its long term value through a managed service that leverages a widely acclaimed, hosted IT operations support platform. The Solution Architect researches and recommends new technologies, tools and methodologies that improve our collective ability to respond to business challenges and meet established performance objectives.
IPM Account Executives are responsible for increasing revenue from consulting engagements. By applying sales skills with prospecting and business acumen, Account Executives (AE) grow consulting services revenue and the customer base. The AE brings a strong network and
history of sales success, and applies his/her expertise, to close high-impact technical consulting engagements.
The NetScaler Consultant will provide design and implementation expertise across all Citrix NetScaler engagements and have an extensive role in defining how Citrix NetScaler is installed and configured in the client’s environment. S/he will provide the skills necessary to implement, configure, secure, monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot a Citrix NetScaler system within a networking framework as well as how to configure the NetScaler in combination with XenApp and XenDesktop.
The Senior Microsoft Consultant will be a key contributor to projects involving the assessment, design and implementation of Microsoft System Center and Hyper-V solutions. The associated architectures may integrate Microsoft with multiple hypervisors, including: Hyper-V, XenServer, and/or VMware Vsphere.
